By accessing or using HyperX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
HyperX provides a hypergraph database service for AI/ML applications, including APIs for storing and querying entities and hyperedges, vector similarity search, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
